About

Flama brings the full rodizio experience to Homestead, and it's the real thing. Servers come around with skewers of 12-plus cuts, including Argentine-style morcilla if you're adventurous enough to try it. The salad bar holds its own too, and the cheesy bread rolls alone are worth showing up hungry for.

The wine list gets genuine praise from people who know their wine. That's not something you expect in a strip-mall steakhouse, and Flama earns the compliment. Full bar as well, so cocktails and cold beer are both on the table.

Service is a highlight here. Reviewers consistently call out specific servers by name, which tells you something about how the staff operates. The kind of place where the team actually seems to care whether you had a good time.

It works for a lot of occasions. Families, groups celebrating something, or anyone who just wants a serious dinner after a long day in Everglades National Park (about 10 minutes away). Reservations are available and worth making if you're coming with a crowd.

Lunch and dinner both served. Takeout is an option too, though rodizio is really meant to be eaten in the room, with someone walking over every few minutes to carve something onto your plate.

This is probably one of the best hidden gems you can find with a good price for the food along with the quality of it. Every bite is packed with flavor and they have a great wine selection. I work in fine dining and it’s very hard to find something good in Homestead. If you’re looking for a place to spend a good time with your family and friends that will deliver a good mood and food, this is the place to be! It’s feels great to have a place like this in Homestead to bring life to the area!

⸻ I recently had the chance to dine at Flama Brazilian Steakhouse, and the experience was truly excellent. The restaurant offers more than 12 different cuts of meat, including Argentine-style morcilla (blood sausage), which is one of my boyfriend’s favorites. It was such a pleasant surprise to find it here, and they prepared it for us perfectly — a small detail that we really appreciated. The quality of the food overall was outstanding. Every cut we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, and I would rate the food itself a solid 100 out of 100. The price was also very reasonable. For two people, including the 18% service charge, our total came to $120, which we felt was excellent value considering the quality and variety we enjoyed. The restaurant itself doesn’t have a great view from the front, but it does have a back patio that overlooks a small lagoon, which adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. The appetizers were also excellent, which made the experience even better. The staff was very friendly, though not always as attentive as they could have been. Currently, they use the traditional orange-and-red paper cards: red meaning you’re done, and orange meaning you’d like more meat. While this works, I personally think they could improve the system by adopting the light indicators that many other steakhouses in the city use — when the light is on, servers keep bringing cuts of meat, and when it’s off, they stop. This would make things easier for both guests and staff, since servers could see the signal from across the room instead of checking every table individually. Another plus: the restaurant offers free parking, which is always a nice convenience in the area. And if you happen to visit, I recommend taking some time afterward to drive around Homestead — there are many farms and fields nearby, and it makes for a beautiful and relaxing experience. Overall, I highly recommend Flama Brazilian Steakhouse. Between the excellent food, fair prices, and warm service, it’s a place I would gladly return to many times.

Maria is amazing server, she very sweet at bringing us a “parabéno” dessert! Me and my husband went there to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and she was the best. The food is delicious!!!!!

Great experience and must visit if you’re in Homestead. Possibly worth the trip from Miami! Food was delicious. Wide variety of things I’ve never had. Best experience I’ve ever had at an “All you can eat Buffet!” Salad bar was exquisite. Cheesy bread rolls were divine! Plenty of meat options. I wish I had 2 stomachs so that I could keep eating! So many positive things to say that my only complaint was not being able to take it home with us!
