AMR Homestead-Miami Motorplex is a proper karting facility, not a mall arcade with steering wheels. There are two tracks here: a rental track for walk-ins and a main track for serious racers. That distinction matters. If you want the full experience, ask about renting from one of the racing teams on-site so you can get on the main circuit. (The reviews make this very clear, and it's worth knowing before you show up.)
Rental sessions run around $25, which is fair for what you get: fast karts, a well-laid-out track, and staff that actually pays attention to safety. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Food trucks are on-site, so you can make a real afternoon of it without driving anywhere for lunch.
This is a great stop for families. Kids and adults race together without anyone feeling left out, and the competitive energy is real without being intimidating. It's the kind of place where a casual visit can turn into a regular habit pretty quickly.

I’m currently sponsoring one of the racers and I had the opportunity to come out here with my family. It was a unexpected surprise. It’s such a great outdoor activity. It’s a lifestyle AMR HOMESTEAD is very clean. Has everything you need they’ve got great food trucks on site you could easily spend the entire day there without worrying about going anywhere. It was a really fun experience and we will definitely be coming back out here again

KEEP IN MIND THERE IS 2 TRACKS, RENTAL TRACK AND MAIN TRACK, IF YOU RENT YOU WILL GO ON A RENTAL TRACK, IF YOU HAVE A KART ALREADY OR PAY THE RACING TEAMS TO RENT ONE OF THEIR KARTS YOU WILL DO THE MAIN TRACK you can also pay racing teams to rent from them and race their karts, track fee for a person racing is 65 dollars and 12 dollars for a non racing companion, if you’re looking to rent from a team it costs about 250 dollars for a whole day, if you’re looking to join a race team ask for Dennis Racing Team, they are very great people and I really recommend you to join them. Fun place, you should def bring some money and get yourself a kart before coming, but apart from that great place, great people, security on track is high and its full of marshals, also if you’ve never been here before please ask people around for what you need to start doing the sport and don’t buy anything without having knowledge

This was a very fun and great experience to go here we like to go here a lot to race the go-karts it's not a bad price 25 bucks it's great for the whole family of all age groups we go here quite often when we're back down in this area of Florida it is a nice laid out track the staff were very helpful and friendly and they have group rates and special pricings for large events as well see the website for that food is pretty good here too and again it's just fun being down in the Miami area which is number one what is our home area we highly recommend

We had so much fun! Friendly competition, excellent staff, ( great attention to safety!) Found the pricing to be fair, and you could tell they take care of their equipment.
