the good people of this business are truly out here doing Gods work. the guides were all very environmentally conscious, personable, and deeply informative about the changing ecosystem that is the Everglades. this is more than just a fun ride through the marsh-lands, this is an educational experience and a very unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as the landscape is always changing because of climate change and ever spreading mangrove trees. talk to your tour guides, TIP your tour guides, ask what you can do to help the environment and spread conservation awareness. stick around for the alligator show as well, while it might be an entertaining and slightly sweat-inducing watch, you learn a lot about the swamp lands of Florida and the beautiful creatures (yes, including the alligators!) that keep the area afloat (pun intended)! do check out the gift shop while you’re there, they have ice-cold treats and beverages and some snacks and trust me, you’ll need them. this place needs way more love than it gets so if you’ve ever been interested in seeing the majesty of the Everglades, please don’t hesitate, come here!

My friend and I had a great time at Wooten’s Everglades Airboat Tours! The booking process was quick and easy online, and there were plenty of tour options to choose from depending on what experience you’re looking for. The airboat ride was a lot of fun, and Jimbo was an excellent buggy tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. The gator show was also really enjoyable and made the experience even more memorable. The facility was clean and well-maintained, the staff were welcoming, and even the gift shop prices were reasonable. We ended up buying t-shirts and were pleasantly surprised by how fairly priced everything was. Overall, it was a fun, affordable experience and a great way to explore the Everglades. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place was excellent! A perfect addition to our trip. Will definitely return when we visit again. The airboat ride was beautiful and informational. Clay did an excellent job engaging with the guests and talking about the Everglades. The alligator handler(maybe Shawn but unsure if thats correct but he was the gentleman there on Sunday the 10th (mother's day) approx 12:30). We believe a small business like this is essential to areas like that to stop big businesses from taking over. Please please if you ever get a chance to visit wootens, please do, I dont think you'll regret it! Plus you get to hold a baby alligator after the show, AND can take a swamp buggy ride! If I could give a 100 stars, I would!

Drove 90 minutes from Fort Myers to see the Everglades and hold a baby gator. The Airboat ride was fun - about 20 minutes or so of actual boat ride. We did not see any gators though but the boat driver did "donuts" in the water and that was fun. Then we walked around the "animal sanctuary" which was really run down and a lot of the exhibits didn't have any animals (no otters, etc). The white tiger looked sad that they had and the baby gators seemed to be baking in the sun. The last part was the Gator show which was entertaining. It is hard to see though behind all of the caging they have. We got to hold the baby gator which was a great experience and made it worth the drive. The lady at the Airboat/Ticket counter outside was so rude and just MEAN that we wouldn't go back. I explained that I made a 1:00 reservation for the boat tour and that I wanted to do the gator show first but she forced us onto the noon boat. I had called the day prior to ask about this timeline and specifically chose the later boat ride and I tried to explain this to the "girl" at the counter but she wasn't listening. She had a vape cartridge at the checkout booth too which I thought was unprofessional and clearly she needed more to take the edge off of her nastiness. GREAT customer service should be a requirement since there were people from around the world there the day we were. During the gator show the wrangler went around with a microphone and people from Germany, Canada, Italy and more were there! People come from all over the world to see the Everglades so why not give them a great experience Wooten's?

We did the Wooten’s Swamp Buggy Tour which offers a thrilling 30-minute escape into a prehistoric jungle. The experience feels authentic and immersive, with lush surroundings that showcase the Everglades’ unique ecosystem. Our buggy driver and guide was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing a ton of interesting information about the incredible variety of flora and fauna. A fun, educational, and well-organized tour—definitely a 4.5/5 experience!
