About

Blue Lagoon Farm is one of those places that's hard to explain until you're actually there. There's a swimming lagoon with a waterfall, farm animals wandering around (horses, goats, chickens, baby pigs, and some very confident iguanas), and a food truck on site. It's a full afternoon in one spot.

Tables are first-come, first-served, and once you've got one, it's yours for the day. Get there early if you want a good spot near the water. Parking is free, and admission is genuinely affordable for what you're getting. Families with kids tend to do really well here.

The food truck sells parrilladas and other grilled items. A $40 parrillada is a solid share for a family of four. That said, plenty of visitors bring a small cooler with drinks and snacks to supplement. Outside food isn't allowed in, so plan accordingly.

The owners are hands-on and easy to talk to. Weekday visits tend to be quieter, which makes the whole waterfall-and-lagoon experience feel a lot more relaxed. The vibe is low-key and unhurried, which is exactly the point.

If you're spending time at Everglades National Park, Blue Lagoon Farm is a fun detour. It's a different kind of nature than the park, closer to a backyard tropical retreat than a wilderness experience. But that's the appeal. Sometimes you just want to float near a waterfall and watch a goat do goat things.

I wish I lived closer, I would visit a few times a year. This place is just amazing!! The people who run it are so friendly, thoughtful and really go out of their way to take care of you! Free parking. Super affordable!! Get there early and grab a table (it's yours until you leave!). 2 sets of bathrooms - one is further to walk but is air conditioned. The other is right next to the lagoon but no A.C. Bring your own food, coolers, drinks, pool floats, etc. They do sell a wide variety of floaties & quickly blow them up for you. Definitely bring water shoes and if you are a shutterbug like me, bring a waterproof phone case. There are 2 food trucks on premise. Food is expensive but VERY good (like 4 star restaurant). We were there for 6 hours and could have easily spent another 2 there. It's just such a chill, fun, mellow vibe. There's music playing over the speakers but at a perfect level to enjoy but not overpower or deafen conversations. There were tons of people there, but every single person is respectful of personal space and is simply having an awesome time. I cannot say enough positive things about this place! I can't wait to go back.

Got a Parrillada $40. It was worth to share with my two kids and husband. Atmosphere is relaxing. We brought a mini cooler with water. Place is beautiful

This was an absolute gem. We went during the week and there were no big crowds which we loved. I love waterfalls so this was so relaxing for me. The owners were so nice and easy to talk to. The iguanas were a nice touch. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. It was so worth it. Thank you for taking such good care of the place. Our Texas family absolutely loved it.

This was an amazing place! I highly recommend it. From the obvious lagoon to the food truck and the animals. Horses, chicken and goats and baby pigs.

Nice place to visit for the day. Two complaints : food truck food is not good at all, also very over priced. COME with a full belly bc food is not allowed in. Also, a lot of employees kind of just hanging out .. the grounds could be kept cleaner. Found multiple plastic utensils, used condiment packets on the ground etc. need to keep it cleaner. If not for that would have been 4 stars ⭐️
