Patch of Heaven is exactly that, a little patch of heaven. After years of living in Miami, I had no idea a place like this existed. I discovered it recently, and it makes for a perfect day trip away from the city without actually leaving South Florida. The property is filled with beautifully manicured gardens, fountains, and hidden corners that evoke the feel of Bali, Thailand, and other Southeast Asian destinations. It’s a peaceful oasis that feels worlds away from Miami. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and full of surprises. In my opinion, the $25 admission fee is well worth it. If you’re into photography, you’ll leave with a camera roll full of great shots. Plan to spend at least 1.5 hours exploring so you can take it all in without rushing. Highly recommended.

Patch of Heaven Sanctuary truly lives up to its name—it’s a hidden oasis in South Florida where you can completely disconnect and recharge. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, filled with lush greenery, peaceful walking paths, and unique artistic touches that make every turn feel special. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and enjoy nature at its finest. One of the highlights of the visit is the Thai dining experience at Vera’s Thai Garden. The food is exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Guests consistently rave about the rich, balanced flavors and the farm-to-table ingredients, with dishes like Pad Thai, curries, and fresh garden rolls standing out. It’s not your typical restaurant setting either—you’re dining surrounded by nature, which makes the experience even more memorable. Be sure to make reservations in advance, especially for the Thai café, as seating is limited and typically scheduled in specific time slots on weekends. Overall, Patch of Heaven Sanctuary is a must-visit if you’re looking for a peaceful escape combined with incredible food. Highly recommended for a relaxing day, a unique date, or simply a beautiful experience unlike anything else in Miami.

Absolutely exquisitely curated garden with 1,000 spots to sit and meditate, contemplate, or read your favorite novel. Lots of animals, unique gardens, with calming water features throughout. Nicest barn I've ever seen in my life. And the restaurant was also wonderfully delicious with extremely friendly service, if you get a chance to eat there. I immediately meditated in a spot for about 10 minutes and never left my zen flow state the entire time. I would love to go for a class or workshop - definitely worth the annual pass, if you live nearby. Can't recommend this place enough. I think I took 200 photos.

This place is gem...we enjoyed ourselves strolling the trails at our own pace and soaking everything in...Beautiful! So much visual experiences and they also have a section of different plants with fragrances... They also have a Horse stable which you can ride them...they have so much to see and experience that it's a must go place in South Florida! And for me I was so glad to know that they are pet friendly...🐾🐕

The most mesmerizing and unique park I've ever been. There are two parts of the park and they are both equally amazing One is full of different flower species from around the world being preserved here and the other part is filled with trees and art from veru talented people. You can spend here easily a day with your kids since is veru kid friendly because they have a full other park for kids to entertain themselves after this.
