Hotel has a musty smell, carpets and walls were filthy, there was only one roll of toilet paper available with two spots for them except one of the holders was missing and was seriously rusty as was the tissue box…which didn’t have any tissues in it. There was no hand towel. The security door clip “flip over the door part” was completely broken and gone. Staff was friendly though. We didn’t see any bugs so that’s a plus.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The shower, refrigerator, lights, and basic facilities in the room were basically unusable. The bedding was clearly not washed at all, and the hotel staff were extremely unprofessional and didn’t care whether guests stayed or not.

From the moment of arrival the staff at the front desk was nothing but rude. Get in the elevator that has an expired operating license then almost got stuck in it. Come back from dinner to find cockroaches in the rooms, and bed bugs when we pulled back the covers! When the staff was approached about this they could not provide any answers! $700 for four rooms down the drain. Refund because of the dirty bug filled rooms? No sir! What a pleasant place!

The service was good, but the bathroom conditions were extremely poor. Taps were not working properly, and overall cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. It really took away from the overall experience. Basic facilities like restrooms should be better maintained.

Staff was friendly as she let us walk through and pick our room with a really late check in. I didn’t pick one room bc a gnat flew across my face. — The room we ended up picking and stayed in has bed bugs as I woke up in the morning w bites on one arm from my hand to the top of my shoulder. Luckily we only took covers into the room and had to throw them out. (Beg bugs typically bite in a line) DO NOT BOOK HERE!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
