I have been here for about three years due to my landlord selling my house at the last min. I can say before budget was a place I would have never came to . But with them cleaning up the area getting rid off the people who do not belong , fixing the grounds as well as staff . Mike , Juan, Michelle, chin and the new housekeeping is great . I always do my own room but they never hesitate if I need something with a positive additude. . The rates are great compared to all other places. So I do believe as they have been putting work in each day to make it better it has truly stood out . ........

Ok first of all it was cheap they let my dog stay for get how much it was for him to stay $25 extra I believe. Rooms were nasty that's being nice our room had flies in it when we opened the door bathroom toilet didn't flush and the tub has rust in it. We had our own blankets and pillows thank God I couldn't use there's. We slept and left.

Do not stay there its scam. I booked a hotel that was completely misrepresented. Upon arrival, the property appeared to function largely as government-subsidized housing, with visible drug activity, loitering, and constant disturbances outside my door throughout the night. None of this was disclosed at the time of booking. The following morning, police were present throughout the property responding to a serious incident. I personally observed a body bag in the street and multiple officers securing the area. Dont do it

This place needs to be shutdown. It's nasty as hell. The bathroom had roaches, the clerk had the audacity to lie about the deposit I had to give. Please stay away from this place.

ROACHES!!!!! The room was dirty the bathroom had mold it was holes in the walls and the door wouldn’t lock.checked out 5 minutes after checking in!!! The smell was terrible and nothing was cleaned it doesn’t look like the photos and they have roaches crawling on the tv and walls.
