About

Florida City sits right at the crossroads of two of the country's most iconic destinations: Everglades National Park and the Florida Keys. The Super 8 here is exactly what you want when the drive matters more than the hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good AC, and a staff that reviewers keep calling out by name. That last part says something.

Breakfast is included and solid enough that you won't be stopping for food before you hit the park or the highway south. The outdoor pool is a nice bonus after a long day of hiking or paddling. Laundry is on-site if you've been out in the backcountry and need a refresh before the next leg of your trip.

The rooms are straightforward and well-maintained. Nothing flashy, but the price is right and the place is consistently clean. Laura at the front desk gets mentioned in reviews more than once, which tells you the service here is genuinely friendly, not just technically adequate.

For families road-tripping between the Everglades and Key West, this is a practical and affordable overnight. You're minutes from the park entrance and right on the route south. Two rooms for just over a hundred bucks is hard to argue with when you're trying to stretch a trip budget without sacrificing a decent night's sleep.

Friendly staff and guests. Breakfast was good. Good price for the stay. Comfortable and affordable. Laundry was available and $3.50 a load to wash and/or dry. Had a pool but didn't have time to use because it was a convenient stop on our road trip just before heading to Key West. The town was easy to get last minute stuff taken care of.

My English and Spanish aren't very good, but the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Although the property is a bit old, I think it's quite clean and well maintained. It's definitely great value for the money. This isn't a luxury vacation-type place, but it's very practical and serves its purpose well. If the rating scale goes from 0 to 100, I'd give it 1000.

We're on our way up from the Keys and needed a place to sleep. 2 rooms , just over a hundred bucks. Super clean rooms,. Comfy beds, good AC. Laura at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We were very 😊 😃

Absolutely no smoking anywhere, I'm an avid cigar smoker and this was disappointing there wasn't a designated area not even outside anywhere. My mattress had a huge indentation and was way too soft. Woke up with a serious back pain. Shower valve was leaking and all the lamps power ports were inoperative.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks. This little place was very lean and staff is super friendly just what we were looking for. Has a pool and overall for the price is very well worth it.
