I read the reviews and refused to believe a hotel could be THAT dirty or in SUCH sorry state of disrepair. I was wrong as ever and I mean EVERY surface had sticky/hard/crusty bits on them. My bottom sheet had someone’s dark curly hair on it. The sink and tub were old (that’s ok!) but were so dirty it was rough to the touch. The toilet is old and the seat worn (again, old is ok) but smelly, yellow dried drops of something on the underside of the seat and on the porcelain rim. The faucet handle came off in my hand. There was trash left in two drawers. The mirror was coated in finger marks, swipes and smears. We had to ask for towels, which is all right. However, there was no toilet paper, no tissues, no extra blankets, no soap/shampoo, not even a trashcan.

Because of the state of the room and the lack of guest care or customer service, not to mention people in nearby rooms were very noisy, we only stayed one night instead of three nights.
STAY AWAY!!!! BAD! DIRTY!! FILTHY!! DRUG ADDICTS AND DEALERS & DRUNKS ROAMING THE PARKING LOT NIGHT & DAY! I gave the location five stars because it is in a very great location. If you are there to visit Biscayne Bay card sound or the keys you are within minutes of lots of fun activities and the area that the motel is situated in has lots of shopping nearby and seems to be a decent area. This is a good area, but I definitely recommend picking a different motel or hotel. The owner charged me $10 for towels, then tried to take more money out of my account when we left the room untouched and clean and left a day early. The door never locked while we were inside of it or left for the day they never made an attempt to lock the door for us until they saw us taking pictures of the situation. The inside of the room had dead roaches. The tub hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, as well as the cover on top of the bed. It looks like the bed was remade from the last guests that stayed there we had to buy our own pillows and sheets from Walmart. The outside of the motel is very cute and deceiving because the rooms are extremely filthy.
Room was nasty. Don't know when the last time the bathroom was cleaned. Lady at front desk seemed to be somewhat polite. TV remote that was handed to me at check in. It. did not work but then again the TV did not either. I would not even board my dog in a place like this. Pictures on the website look nothing like this place. Google said it was close to the airport. It is about 30 minutes from the airport. DO NOT STAY HER.
We booked this property last minute as it was one of the few options available. However, when we checked in around 8 PM, we immediately noticed that the property did not look as advertised in the photos.
Upon entering the room, we found it to be in unacceptable condition. There were roaches present, a strong smoke odor, stains on the walls and curtains, a dirty bathroom, and a rusted bathtub and surrounding walls. Unfortunately, we are unable to upload photos here, but the listing images are not accurate and appear to be outdated—possibly taken during a past renovation.
We spoke with the front desk staff that evening. No alternative room was offered, and the issue did not seem to surprise them. We were advised to contact the booking platform for a refund. After multiple attempts, Expedia informed us that the manager declined a refund and would only offer a credit for a future night stay instead, which we wouldn't.
Check Google reviews, I think those are much more accurate here. This listing should be taken down or updated with more recent photos.
This was the grossest experience ever staying somewhere. We had adjoining rooms. There was some small dead animal wrapped in a gum package, left on the frame of where the television had been ripped off the wall. Blood stains on both room's beds, one room reeked of urine and had a car freshener hanging from the light, the shade was held closed to the wall with a band-aid, the tub constantly ran, like a lot, no towels or rags, overall just absolutely filthy. It was obvious that they had let it turn into a drug and prostitution friendly motel that made no effort to clean up after them.
We got in at like 10:30 pm, and had to leave at 6am for a fishing trip so we crashed and left. I tried to get a refund when we got off the ocean but they refused so I am out $400 for 2 rooms, for 2 nights, and would have been better off sleeping in the rental car. If I could give it zero stars I would. This place needs to be shut down for health violations.
