Very affordable! Quick check in. Great location. Room was clean and smelled good. Bathroom was clean and everything functional. Breakfast buffet until 10:00am a plus. The staff was very friendly and made sure stations were filled at all times. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in homestead to rest before heading to the keys. The Floridian did not disappoint. Very polite and friendly staff. When I had an issue with hot water in my room I was moved without hesitation upon request. Clean beds, Nice swimming pool, Great Price. Would stay here again no problem!

Very nice and well equipped room. Even thought the place is old but well maintained. The room was very clean. As i saw, they got both carpet and tile flooring. As an allergy I would recommend the tile room. The breakfast was great.

I stayed 15+ weeks while traveling for work. The hotel staff was great! Pool was great!! Gym was moderate size, offered everything I wanted to use anyways! I used it daily. Breakfast was fresh and hot each morning and on a holiday they gave residents roses. I worked at night and they staff was always accommodating and even out up a darkening curtain we purchased. I will def return for another stay! They even had a night time securityguard.

For an older property, very very well maintained. Room was fresh and clean. Staff takes pride in the establishment and presentation. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient to getting down to the keys or Miami area. Nice having choices for breakfast every morning
