Harris Field Park is one of Homestead's most active community spaces. It's got the footprint to pull off serious events: rodeos, car shows, football camps, soccer leagues. The rodeo arena alone makes it worth knowing about. If you're in town for a Soul Rodeo or a community event, this is the place.
The rentable pavilion is a standout. It comfortably fits 300 people with room to spare, and reviewers consistently praise how clean and spacious it runs during events. Covered, roomy, and equipped with solid restroom facilities when the park staff is on their game. Parks and Recreation staff here have a real reputation for being helpful and genuinely invested in the events they host.
Sports fields are well-maintained with bleacher seating, which is a nice touch for families watching kids' games. The park also shares its footprint with a YMCA, so there's always something going on. Dogs are welcome, and the open green space gives them plenty of room to stretch out.
Location-wise, you're about 10 minutes from the main entrance to Everglades National Park. Rented the pavilion and was great success. Had under 300 people and the space was great w plenty of room for additional activities protected from the elements. Very clean and the facilities were also great. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Decent park, my daughter had a soccer game here and the fields are nice they football fields with bleachers seating, which is nice, but it was very hard to find parking and the bathrooms aren't as clean as they should be but for juat watching games ita a good park.

My husband and I hosted our 2nd Annual football ,cheer, and dance camp here and it's a venue that speaks volumes. We love the staff the parks and recreation staff is awesome, nicole cobbs from Dick Conley Steelers is a amazing and runs an amazing football program there please please go check them out. @hudsonandhundreds
